Karol Radziwonowicz performs with the Wrocław Baroque Orchestra, Poland’s number one ensemble performing on period instruments, are experienced interpreters not only of the Baroque, but classical and early Romantic orchestral repertoire. Critics have had much to say about the unique harmony of their playing, and about their remarkable orchestral sound due to their instruments and their performance concept, in relation to their Chopin interpretations. Yvette Mondok takes to the stage as soloist for the evening: this most excellent soprano known both for her opera and song recitals sings arias by Rossini.
