Qaartsiluni Ensemble

The Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra and the Trafó House of Contemporary Arts presents: Qaartsiluni Ensemble -Central European Portraits 2013

Wednesday 27 March 2013, 7:00 pm

Trafó Nagyterem

1094 Budapest, Liliom u. 41.

In the picture: Agata Zubel

The Qaartsiluni Ensemble had its debiut in Trafó in February 2012.

The aim of their presence is to provide answers for some recent issues in the cultural and music life of our region - the title of their first concert, "Founded Responses", in their "Central European Portraits" series, is already an allusion to this. All concerts of the project will tell much and more about their special relationship with tradition, about the way they find new voices in the music of ages past.
